Do you cover my area?: We cover the whole of Brighton & Hove.
What happens if I move home?: We will transfer your account to another address free of charge.
Can I meet the cleaner first?: Yes, it is always a good idea to meet the cleaner to discuss your priorities with her. One of our cleaners will contact you to arrange a meeting at your home at a convenient time to yourself.
Do I have to stay at home when the cleaner comes to me?: No, the cleaners are all strictly vetted and experienced, so that you can leave them to clean alone in your home.
Will you provide me with a temporary cleaner if my regular cleaner is off sick or on holiday?: Yes, we will always contact you to arrange temporary cover, should your regular cleaner let us know that she is unable to come to you for any reason.
Do I need to pay the cleaner extra if I want her to clean at the weekend?: No, the rate of pay for the cleaner is the same at all times.
